Job Description
Location: Fully remote (Canada)
Compensation: $70,000 CAD base + up to $60,000 performance bonus
Position: 3-month paid trial. Full-time offer at end of trial (based on performance)

We're hiring someone extremely online to run creative for INNI ) a new, science-backed dating app built by the team behind Dimensional (1M+ downloads, 4.9 App Store rating).
You'll write scripts, spot trends, manage creators, run UGC + whitelist campaigns, and drive downloads.
Raw talent > years of experience.
Must be Canadian or have a Canadian work permit.
What is INNI?
INNI is a fundamentally new kind of dating app that uses personality science to measure and explain the compatibility between users. We're not a buzzfeed quiz. We comprehensively measure love styles, values, lifestyle, sexuality, personality, and more.

The Role
You run creative. Your goal is simple: grow INNI's user base via UGC/social.
You'll:
- Write short-form scripts (IG + TikTok)
- Obsess over hooks and retention
- Find and manage creators
- Identify trends early and adapt them fast
- Create original angles for a dating app rooted in psychology
- Source, negotiate, and manage UGC creators
- Run whitelist and affiliate campaigns
- Build and manage our creator program
- Track what actually converts to downloads
- Align content with our positioning (e.g., the science of compatibility, relationships, personalities; quality over quantity)
You report directly to the CEO.
Fully remote. If you're in Toronto, you can work in person if you like.
This is not a coordinator role. This is a "make it grow" role.
Ideal Candidate
- You are extremely online.
- You are creative but also incredibly analytical. You can break down why something "works"
- You understand Gen Z dating culture.
- You think in hooks, retention, and conversion.
- You don't just copy trends, you reinterpret them.
- You're comfortable DM'ing creators and closing deals.
- You can edit yourself or know how to manage editors well.
- You move fast and kill ideas that don't work.
Experience level doesn't matter much.
Taste, instincts, and output do.
If you've grown accounts, made videos that hit 100k+, or run successful UGC/whitelist campaigns — that's a strong signal.
Compensation
- $70,000 CAD base
- Up to additional $60,000 performance bonus (tied directly to downloads you drive)
- Starts with a 3-month paid trial.
