MyMagicHealer is building the Flare Care category — targeted, natural solutions for sudden or recurring skin flare-ups such as boils, cysts, rashes, eczema, and other painful, inflamed, irritated skin conditions. Our formula is rooted in a powerful family remedy and refined into a modern, trusted product used by thousands of customers who have struggled to find relief elsewhere. We are not a cosmetic skincare brand — we are a problem-solution health brand for people dealing with urgent, emotional skin flare-ups. With strong consumer trust, high repeat purchase behavior, and aggressive growth plans, we are scaling toward becoming the #1 skin healing brand in North America. Our focus is building a performance-driven marketing engine, expanding manufacturing, and establishing Flare Care as a recognized category across Meta, Amazon, TikTok, and retail.
Primary Focus: Meta Ads
Secondary: Amazon, Organic Ecosystem
Role Purpose:
To build, systemize, and optimize high-performing content that drives measurable revenue growth across paid and organic channels — with Meta as the primary growth lever.
This person owns:
- Creative strategy
- Messaging architecture
- Testing roadmap
- Cross-channel content adaptation
- Performance-to-creative feedback loop
Core Responsibilities:
Meta (Primary Focus – 60%): Own the performance creative engine.
Responsibilities:
- Develop weekly creative testing roadmap
- Build hook & angle bank
- Create structured UGC briefs
- Analyze CTR, thumbstop, hold rate, CVR
- Identify winning angles & scale variations
- Maintain 15–40 new ads per week testing velocity
- Work with editors on variations
KPIs:
- Creative testing volume
- CTR improvement %
- Hook rate improvement
- Creative-driven ROAS lift
- % of spend on winning creatives
Organic (30%): Ensure brand narrative consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Align content calendar with quarterly theme
- Distribute transformation stories
- Maintain "Flare Care" category authority
- Support founder storytelling
KPIs:
- Content consistency
- Engagement rate
- Saved/shared rate
- Narrative clarity
Amazon (10%)
Adapt performance messaging for Amazon ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize PDP images & A+ content
- Improve conversion-focused copy
- Align Amazon creatives with Meta winners
- Support Amazon DSP creatives
- Test bundles & urgency messaging
KPIs:
- CVR improvement %
- PDP engagement
- TACoS impact from creative optimization
- A/B test win rate
Skills Required
Must have:
Deep understanding of Meta ad metrics
Ability to reverse engineer top ads
Structured testing mindset
UGC scripting experience
Direct response copywriting ability
Experience with DTC brand scaling
Bonus:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
