Job Summary:
Whether it's greeting customers or managing the drawer, we'll rely on you to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you're needed. To thrive in this job, you don't need to have any previous experience working at restaurants, but you must love great food, hustling to help your team out, and keeping customers happy. We'll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your restaurant career.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be on the move. You'll likely be on your feet the majority of your shift, talking to customers and your team to keep orders on track
- Taking on new tasks as needed. We all have the same goal every night: creating memorable experiences and great food for our customers
- Flexible hours that work with your life and growth opportunities for people who show up and work hard to help the whole team succeed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
- Enjoy working in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to be on your feet approximately 90% of shift with reaching, bending, kneeling, and moving about the facility
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
