About the Role
This is a replacement position for a team member on leave. You’ll work with a high-performing team that values collaboration and precision. The role is fully remote.
What You’ll Do
- Validate contract requests for completeness and compliance
- Draft and review custom corporate agreements using templates
- Document processes and maintain training materials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Register and maintain key contract information
- Drive continuous process improvements
What You Bring
- University degree or college diploma (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in contract management
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
Great-to-Haves: Business degree, telecom/tech industry experience, AI tools knowledge
