B,C Eco Paving Inc. 101-2131 Hartley Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6Z3 is looking for Site Supervisor, for their construction site for placement of Eco products. The candidates have to be organized, team payers and reliable and customer oriented. Excellent oral and written communication in English and have a valid driver license or able to get one soon after hiring! Extended health benefits available after 3 months of employment.
3-5 years work experience as a team leader in the construction trade or landscaping business.
Wages; $38.00 per hour, and overtime at peak time is to be expected.
Job duties for site supervisor; Here are some of the main activities and tasks that Site Supervisors, have to perform, and some of the physical demands they involve: Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who operate in the construction, paving. Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers. Requisition materials and supplies. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity. Train or arrange for training of workers. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. Prepare production and other reports. May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers. And assists with other duties as required.
