Position Overview
As a Construction Labourer, you will play a key role in the installation of helical piles using specialized equipment. You will operate company machinery on job sites and transport equipment back to the shop at the end of each workday.
Every new team member receives comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure helical piles are installed safely, properly, and accurately.
What We're Looking For
- Hardworking and reliable
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Welding experience (preferred but not required)
- Class A Licence (preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with MTO vehicle safety inspection logbook requirements
- Load materials and required supplies for daily projects
- Operate machinery and systems necessary for helical pile installation
- Transport equipment to and from job sites
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
