Construction Laborer- Residential

We are a full service high end design build company in Oakville, specializing in residential large scale renovations and additions. We are looking for a construction laborer for our team that may be experienced in some aspects of residential renovations or has the desire to learn while on site. Great support for our team on site while learning many trades. We are a team-oriented group that fosters excellent client relationships, high quality results, and a safe & positive working environment.

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

• Some previous experience in home renovations is great but not manditory. The ability to learn quickly
• Highest-quality standards for your work and pride in the quality, execution and cleanliness
• Organizational skills and site maintenance
• Knowledge of basic construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
• Ability to support construction team through extra hands, cleaning, material and tool organization, assistance on tasks , site protection
• Ability to work as a team and guide/direct for desired vision and quality.
• Transportation required to complete tasks associated to renovation with exception of specialty equipment that will be provided on a job to job basis. Some basic tools are required

• Able to work in Oakville and surrounding areas (30km radius)
