Concession Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Concession Manager to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a full-time, seasonal position starting in the spring running into early fall. If you have a passion for leadership, customer service, and managing a fast-paced food environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the concession to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and supervise a team of staff, ensuring proper scheduling and effective delegation of tasks.
- Maintain inventory control, handle orders, and ensure stock levels are sufficient for operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
- Ensure food preparation is done safely and in accordance with health regulations.
- Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in a food service or retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries or issues in a professional manner.
- Experience with ordering, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Cooking experience is preferred, but not required.
- Current food safe certificate.
Compensation: $18-24/hr, depending on experience.
