Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join a well-established and growing builder specializing in commercial building projects. This is a key role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the pre-construction process and influencing project success from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  • Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Develop budgets, value engineering options, and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with project management and leadership teams during pre-construction
  • Support bid strategy, scope reviews, and project hand offs

    Requirements

    What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction
  • Strong background estimating commercial buildings (office, retail, mixed-use, healthcare, education, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage estimates from conceptual through hard bid
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and market pricing
  • Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven
