You'll be coaching group strength training sessions, some large (<20) & some small (<6)
We want someone who is great at connecting with members & forming relationships; as well as someone who is technically proficient at coaching with free weights (esp. squats, deadlifts, bench-press etc.)

Required Hours -
hours needed: Tuesday & Thursday: 5:15am-7:45am
opportunity for more & to cover shifts
Responsibilities
Coach Small-Group Personal Training sessions. (max. 6 participants) & large groups strength training.
Lots of demonstrating, queuing & feedback, bringing energy/motivation & engaging in conversation.
Programming is provided.
Small amounts of paid admin/preparation before & after session (15 mins either side, paid time).
Quick Tidy/vacuum
Create a fun, welcoming environment
Qualifications
Personal Training Certification/group training certification
