Survalent is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic UX Designer Co-op to join our Product team and contribute to the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This opportunity is well suited for students who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world product environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.  The ideal candidate is a motivated student with a strong interest in user-centered design, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This co-op opportunity offers hands-on experience in product design, the ability to develop practical skills, and exposure to how design decisions support both user needs and business objectives.                                                                              What will you be doing? * Support user research (persona building) * Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups * Create the design library for the products * Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers * Contribute to design systems and documentation * Other duties as required   What are we looking for? * Currently enrolled in a UX, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related program * Strong design portfolio (school or personal projects welcome) * Proficiency with Figma or similar tools * Understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Experience with user research * Familiarity with design systems * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS   This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Vice President of Product Management.
