Global Hr is looking for Roll forming machine setup operator to work at one of our client located in concord.Responsibilities: Set up forming rolls on a 1 ½” shaft Roll- Forming Mill, with typical 16 passes. Operate and maintain Roll-forming machines. Perform tooling change over to set up the machine to produce different profiles/shapes. Perform quality checks on product being manufactured.
Meet objectives and KPI’s by ensuring efficient and safe operation. Maintain a clean and safe workplace.Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years experience in setting up Roll-Forming machines. Flexible on shift times and overtime as required. Must be able to read a measuring tape.
Must be able to read a digital caliper. Able to move heavy materials manually or using a hoist. Forklift experience is an asset but not immediately required. Mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
