Client Service Coordinator (Remote Position)

Location: Remote, but must live in the Lower Mainland of BC **(applicants outside of the Lower Mainland will not be considered)**

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Client Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities at once, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Coordination & Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and live chats from residential and commercial customers
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate and optimize technician schedules and routes to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Handle data entry, reporting, and account management with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Multitasking Under Pressure: Balance a high volume of communication and tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Client Service Coordinators and Technicians to support smooth operations and excellent client experiences.
  • Problem Solving: Address scheduling challenges and customer inquiries with initiative and sound judgment.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven Multitasking Ability: Experience managing high workloads and competing priorities in a fast-paced administrative or service role.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Consistent accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and communication.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Friendly, empathetic communication style with a focus on client satisfaction and follow-through.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and adapting quickly to new systems.
  • Independent & Reliable: Able to stay organized, self-motivated, and productive while working remotely.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Lower Mainland to assist with efficient scheduling and routing.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to step in and support where needed.
