We are hiring a Client Services Coordinator to work in our Vaughan office on a hybrid work schedule.

As a strong administrator, you will support our client service management team.  To be successful, you must be organized, deadline-driven, adept in excel, have an understanding of retail and able to multi task.

Your experience will include project management, customer service, and strong administration skills.

Responsibilities include supporting our client services management team and the field merchandising teams.

This support can include; execution information, client metrics, job setup, communications, data collection, and review analysis.

Create detailed customer reporting using client metrics and sharing insight using our internal reporting system and excel.

Communicate to our merchandising field reps using our internal job setup and reporting system.

Build relationships through email and other forms of communication with our merchandising reps and our clients.

Problem-solve and upload training documents online for our field merchandising reps.

Conduct data analysis, photo review and approval, job setup, data collection and service follow-up calls.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS : College degree/diploma required Minimum three (3) years retail/merchandising or vendor related experience Strong project administration expertise with exceptional analytical and excel skills Strong computer experience (Excel, Word, Power Point) Detailed, organized and time management expertise Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Team player, self-motivated and proactive Ability to work in fast paced & demanding environment Merchandising/business/retail background   We thank all applicants in advance; only qualified candidates will be contacted.
