Position Summary
The Client Relations & Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth while strengthening long-term client partnerships within our transportation operations.
This role combines new business development with strategic account management in a fast-paced LTL, FTL, Dry, and Refrigerated transportation environment.
The successful candidate will actively prospect and secure new customers while expanding and protecting existing accounts. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring strong transportation industry expertise and a proven ability to close and grow business.
Location: Hybrid role , Based in Oshawa
On-the-road sales within GTA and surrounding regions
What You Will Do
Identify and pursue new regional and national transportation opportunities
Prospect and develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and industry engagement
Present LTL, Truckload (FTL), Dry, and Refrigerated transportation solutions to prospective clients
Develop customized logistics solutions aligned to client supply chain needs
Negotiate pricing and close new business agreements
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Leverage knowledge of refrigerated transport, logistics, 3PL, and food distribution sectors
Understand transportation pricing models and market conditions
Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Meet and exceed established sales targets
Drive revenue growth through both new acquisition and account expansion
What You'll Bring
5–10 years of direct transportation sales experience
Proven success selling LTL, FTL, Dry, and Refrigerated services
Experience in refrigerated transport, logistics, 3PL, or food distribution environments
Strong understanding of pricing structures and competitive positioning
Demonstrated ability to close deals and grow existing accounts
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid / on-the-road role
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
