What You'll Do
- Tidy and freshen up spaces by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting assigned areas.
- Complete commercial cleaning tasks in various settings, such as offices, schools, or healthcare facilities.
- Move light furniture or equipment as needed to ensure a thorough clean.
- Use hand tools and small equipment safely and effectively.
- Keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized.
- Communicate with your teammates to keep things running smoothly during shifts.
- Manage your time well so that each job is done to a high standard within the given timeframe.
- Pitch in with basic facility upkeep as needed.
- Provide friendly, professional service and handle any client questions or requests with care.
What You Bring
- Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
- Basic knowledge of lifting techniques and safety is helpful.
- Good communication skills to work well with the team and clients.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail, even when it's busy.
