Key Responsibilities
- Performing local city LTL deliveries and pickups in Kamloops and surrounding areas.
- Operating various tractor-trailer combinations based on delivery needs.
- Traveling between our Kamloops terminal and customer facilities within the service area.
- Conducting pre-trips, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
- Ensuring all freight is handled with care and delivered safely and on time.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with dispatch and customers.
- Maintaining accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
- Representing our company with a customer-first, professional attitude.
What gets you in the driver’s seat
- Have a minimum of 2 years of P&D experience
- A valid Class 1 Driver’s License (a must!)
- A clean driver’s abstract
- Flat Deck Experience is required
- Strong work ethic and safety-first attitude
- Good communication and time management skills
- Be comfortable operating a handheld computer device.
- Be comfortable operating a manual pallet jack.
