The Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in software development and staff augmentation.
- Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive local sales initiatives to complement international expansion.
- Lead and mentor the business development, sales, and partnerships teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align business strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and act on emerging opportunities.
- Oversee high-value negotiations, partnerships, and strategic deals to ensure profitable outcomes.
- Represent the company at global industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.
Ideal Profile:
- You have at least 10 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT sales.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing in business from international markets, preferably in software development or IT services.
- A strong background in staff augmentation services is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and ability to deliver measurable results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with prior experience leading cross-functional teams.
