Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience for our guests. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and menu development. Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
  • Plan, develop, and update menus that reflect current trends and seasonal ingredients
  • Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
  • Coordinate catering events and banquet services with precision and professionalism
  • Monitor shift operations, manage staffing schedules, and oversee food service management to optimize efficiency

Skills

  • Extensive culinary experience with a focus on fine dining and catering environments
  • Proven leadership and supervising experience in a busy kitchen setting
  • Strong background in food handling, safety protocols, and dietary department standards
  • Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
