Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Level II Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the clinical team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with dental procedures, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Experience with dental software (Dentrix), along with familiarity in orthodontics, pediatrics, and dental assisting, is highly valued. Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for restorative, crown & bridge, endodontic, surgical, and hygiene procedures
- Taking digital X-rays (HARP certified)
- Taking impressions and assisting with temporaries
- Proper sterilization and infection control protocols (IPAC compliant)
- Preparing and breaking down operatories efficiently
- Charting and updating patient records accurately
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Assisting with lab cases and case preparation
- Supporting front desk when needed to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (Ontario)
- Valid HARP certification
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience preferred
- Experience with Dentrix (asset)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule
- 2- 3 Days weekly
- Alternate Saturdays may be required
