We are currently recruiting for a couple casual Personal Support Workers to assist our male client who is quadriplegic and needs assistance in all activities of daily living. LP2023Location: Fort St. John (Near Lido Theatre)Shifts & Hours of Work: Casual /On-call basis Morning: 8:30AM – 11:30AM Afternoon: 3:00PM – 5:00PM Evening: 6:30PM – 10:00PM/10:30PMCompensation: $25.00 per hourResponsibilities will include (but may not be limited to): Daily personal care such as bowel routines, showering, dressing, washroom care, grooming Assist the client with transfers using ceiling lift Meal preparation and assisted eatingRequired Qualifications: Fully Vaccinated Driver’s License (Class 5) is required Able to drive wheelchair accessible van Willingness to be trained Physically fit and capable of performing duties Applicant must have a reliable vehicle (no public transportation)_Individuals with disabilities can be more susceptible to the severe symptoms of COVID-19.
