*Responsibilities:*
* Utilize the available resources and CRM to reach out to new and former customers
* Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features;
taking drives;
explaining warranties and services.
* Identify clients needs through interviewing and building rapport
* Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests, matching requirements and interests to various models
* Offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered
* Consult with the Sales Manager during the sales transaction
* Assist qualified customers with test drives
What we need from you:
* Previous experience in a sales position
* Automotive background is an asset
* Superb phone manner and communication skills
* Second language is an asset
* The drive to excel under pressure
* A valid driver's license
* VSA License needed 45 days after hiring
