Job Description

A leading food service management company is seeking a Sous Chef for a unique opportunity at Merrywood Camp in Perth, ON. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience and involves overseeing food preparation and service in both a camp kitchen and retail food outlet. The ideal candidate will demonstrate supervisory skills and experience in large-batch cooking. Candidates must also be able to work nights and weekends, and live on-site during the summer camp season. The position offers an hourly rate of $23.50 for full-time hours.
