**This position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree.** **Internship dates: May 4th to August 21st 2026** By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work with the quality manager.**Are your ready to:*** Assist in maintaining QMS Documentation* Support internal audits* Assist in creating and developing reports* Writing and proofing articles to develop newsletters and communications* Assist is archiving documentation from across the organization* Assist in collecting quality related metrics* Assist in sorting and labeling electronic data* Assist in Document Management Duties as required **Our ideal candidate has:** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English* Working knowledge in Microsoft office programs including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project* Strong interpersonal skills and must be a self-starter**Preferred Education** :* Registered in a post-secondary education program.**Location of the internship is in Moose Jaw****Internship will be carried out in person**All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate.
