Required Qualifications:
• good years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Scrum teams
• Support solution design, system integration, and user acceptance testing
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance, and standards
• Support change management and production issue resolution
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
