About Our Client


Our client is sourcing a Business Modernization Program Manager – Finance for a 36-month contract.


About the Opportunity



  • Leads internal initiatives focused on enhancing financial operations, reporting approaches, and decision support practices. Oversees coordination of activities related to process alignment, data usage, and supporting tools across multiple business areas.

  • Establishes structured approaches for planning, coordination, and oversight within the function, ensuring alignment across teams and consistency in execution. Works closely with functional and operational leaders to guide implementation of changes and maintain continuity across initiatives.

  • Partners with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support delivery of multi-area efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operating requirements.

  • Act as a point of coordination across teams, supporting alignment and resolution of interdependencies.

  • Establish and maintain structured oversight practices, including reporting and progress tracking.

  • Engage stakeholders across different levels to support alignment and informed decision-making.

  • Prepare materials to support internal discussions and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.

  • Define and monitor progress indicators, adjusting plans as needed to support outcomes.

  • Support people-related changes including role adjustments, training, and communication efforts.

  • Coordinate collaboration among internal teams and external partners.

  • Support preparation of leadership updates and internal review sessions.

  • Maintain tracking of risks, issues, and key decisions.

  • Promote consistent approaches to planning, reporting, and coordination across teams.

  • Support resource planning and monitor timelines and costs.

  • Ensure alignment with internal financial expectations and approved plans.

  • Assist with onboarding and coordination of external resources as needed.


About You



  • Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Significant experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives in large organizations

  • Strong coordination and planning skills

  • Effective stakeholder engagement

  • Ability to guide teams through change

  • Clear communication and structured thinking
