Compensation
Competitive base salary $120,000 – $140,000*

Position Description
This is not a typical sales role.
You will work directly with the CEO to shape how the company grows, where it competes next, and who it partners with. Your mission is to introduce advanced automation solutions to industries that have not yet experienced their impact.

Build the Growth Roadmap
Help define where the company grows next
Identify industries, accounts, and opportunities worth pursuing
Open New Doors
Develop leads through outreach, networking, and industry presence
Attend trade shows and events to build visibility and relationships
Develop Trusted Relationships
Engage executives, engineers, and operations leaders
Build credibility through insight, professionalism, and follow-through
Translate Technical Capability into Business Value
Work with engineering teams to show how automation solves real production challenges
Guide prospects through proposals, negotiations, and project launch
Ensure Strong Starts and Long-Term Success
Transition new customers smoothly to account management teams
Maintain CRM visibility and support sales planning
Experience
Experience selling technical or engineered solutions
Success opening new markets or developing new customers
Comfort working with both technical and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
Engineering or business education is an asset
Eng. designation is highly valued
Strong communication and relationship-building ability
Technical curiosity and ability to understand complex systems
CRM proficiency and willingness to travel for client engagement
Education
P.Eng. designation is highly valued.
