Role Description
This is a full-time role for Business Development, based in Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying & developing new investor relationships and investment commitments among accredited investors with a focus on HNWI and family offices, and work closely with the investment team and senior management of the organization in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in the field of Business Development or Sales
- Ability to generate leads, manage accounts and build long-term relationships with clients
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex financial data
- Experience in investments, investment strategies, and investment management
- Understanding of real estate principles
- Experience working with investors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM software
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently
- Access to transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
