Business Analyst Quality Assurance
Job Description
Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a Product/Business Analyst with QA experience to support product development and delivery initiatives. This role is responsible for driving product vision, managing backlogs, supporting Agile execution, and ensuring quality through testing and defect management. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, conducting UAT, analyzing data, and reporting insights to support continuous improvement. This is a contract role with a collaborative, cross-functional work environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead product vision, strategy, and backlog management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements
• Support sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and execution
• Conduct UAT and manual testing to ensure product quality
• Maintain QA documentation including test scripts, results, and process flows
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Prepare and present test results, defect summaries, and recommendations to stakeholders
Must-Have Skills
• Experience in QA including test documentation, regression testing, and defect management
• Strong Business Analysis experience with expertise in business requirements and process flow documentation
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Experience preparing and presenting reports, test results, and insights to stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and product development lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in financial services industry
• Business process modeling expertise
• Exposure to corporate security domain
