Business Analyst

Locke Bio is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to own and drive internal client and partner related processes at Locke Bio. The ideal candidate should have client-facing, account management, and in-depth project management experience working with many internal and external stakeholders. This person will be responsible for engaging a multitude of stakeholders in and outside of Locke Bio’s sales department to build, optimize, and expand our enterprise business. This person will collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, clients, and cross-functional partners to support the business accounts at Locke Bio. This role covers the full customer lifecycle from supporting relationships through onboarding, launch, to achieving full potential and growing over time.

Key Qualifications

– At least 2 years of supportive or account management experience within enterprise accounts.

– Proficiency in managing client expectations, internal stakeholders, and deliverables within cross-functional teams.


– Experience in onboarding clients, integrating customer feedback, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders internally.

– Track record of managing large-scale projects with both internal and external stakeholders.

– Demonstrated ability to manage a book of accounts to achieve defined retention, expansion, and client satisfaction targets.

– Proven capability as an individual contributor to establish rapport, credibility, and influence within a matrixed organization.


– Passion for the evolution of e-commerce, especially within healthcare, and understanding modern best practices with the foresight to identify emerging trends and impacts.

– Analytical mindset for improving and streamlining current processes.

– Strong communication skills for effectively conveying complex subjects to layman audiences.

– Ability to leverage data analytics and customer insights to drive sales processes.


– Highly organized with robust project management skills, capable of working independently.

– Proficient verbal and written communication skills, strategic and critical thinking, and an innovation mindset.

Education & Experience

  • Project management experience with enterprise or large accounts; you’ve been a part of an established business development or administrative team
  • Enterprise, e-commerce, and/or healthcare experience preferred
  • Preference for candidates with business degrees, and those with healthcare experience or roles as Consultants.
