Job Description
Location Address: Hybrid - 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Subject to change: 3–4 days onsite may be required based on business needs
Contract Duration: 9 months
Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week

Project: Need a resource to manage vendors and vendor products in digital commerce domain.
Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills
- 5+ years relevant working experience
- Experience managing and negotiating vendor contracts and dispute resolution – managing SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance
- Experience with contract budgets and invoice: budget planning, cost control, vendor invoice validation and financial reporting
- Experience with risks vulnerabilities related to vendor products
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow)
Nice To Have Skills
- Familiarity with banking systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
Soft Skills Required
- Strong coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders (vendors, leadership teams, security teams, engineering teams, etc.)
Education
Diploma/Bachelor’s
Best VS. Average Candidate
BEST requires minimal hand holding, can take ownership of their work without needing to constantly check in, proactive in providing solutions and investigating problems. Strong background in vendor contract management as per Must haves 2-4.

2 rounds in person 44 King - 1 hour – standard interview
