WellDone Inc. is a trusted partner that has been servicing the commercial and residential market for many years. Our services include building restoration (facade, structural restoration, parking garages), and new construction (windows & doors, balcony guardrails, roofing). In addition, we fabricate, install, and replace aluminum windows, exterior entry doors, and balcony guardrails in hotels, office buildings, plazas, rental apartment buildings, and condominiums.

Immediate Bricklayer Positions Available:

Our restoration team is looking for experienced bricklayers with strong foundation in masonry techniques and ability to produce work with high quality standards.

Successful candidates must have their own transportation, minimum 5 years of experience working as a bricklayer and be comfortable or willing to work at heights. Previous experience in restoration or a sample portfolio of past masonry work is a plus.

Job Description & Requirements:

  • Must have a valid G-class driver’s license and access to a car.
  • 5+ years of work experience as a bricklayer.
  • Ability and willingness to work at heights on suspended work platforms, elevated work platforms, or scaffolds.
  • Ability to install bricks and concrete blocks to repair exiting walls or other structures.
  • Knowledge of leakage investigation and waterproofing is considered an asset.
  • Ability to perform cutting, pointing, shaping, and carving.
  • Ability and knowledge to build corners.
  • Ability to remove and install various masonry materials, including brick, block, and stone.
  • Ability to read shop drawings, understand and follow specifications, and estimate the amount of material required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with staff and clients.
  • Ability to comply with all required safety protocols, regulations, forms, and training as assigned by the Project Manager.
  • Ability to safely and correctly use assigned hand tools and powered equipment, as well as handle the preparation of material such as mortar or grout.
  • Being able to meet physically demanding work conditions.
  • Must be reliable, and punctual.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
