Job Description

A leading healthcare provider in Halifax seeks a Breast Health Nurse Coordinator to facilitate patient care through the continuum of breast health and cancer services. This position requires a Bachelor in Nursing, a minimum of two years in Oncology/Breast Health nursing, and leadership experience. The role involves coordinating services, providing education and emotional support to patients and families, and monitoring care quality indicators. Competitive compensation is offered with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 75 hours bi-weekly.
