Job Description
About LevelwearLevelwear is a performance-driven, sports-minded brand. We care deeply about how our brand shows up in the world, and we take pride in executing every detail with intention and craft.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Brand Marketing Lead to help the brand show up consistently, clearly, and at a high standard. This role is execution-focused—you'll be shaping campaign narratives, supporting product drops, managing brand communications, and ensuring consistency across all channels.
You'll work across brand marketing, creative, social/digital, and marketing operations, reporting to the Director of Marketing. This is an individual contributor role for someone who loves being close to the work, contributing at a high level, and making a tangible impact.
What You'll Do
Brand Marketing & Execution
Develop campaign narratives and seasonal storytelling, guiding them to polished, on-brand execution.
Support product launches by shaping messaging, timing, and storytelling across channels.
Manage key brand communications, including product messaging, announcements, and PR efforts.
Write and refine creative briefs, key messages, and copy for campaigns, product launches, and B2B/B2C communications.
Collaborate with creative, social, and digital teams to bring ideas to life with craft, clarity, and consistency.
Ensure marketing calendars and launch plans reflect brand priorities and timing.
Insights & Improvement
Monitor and report on campaign and content performance to understand what resonates.
Use insights to strengthen future campaigns, product storytelling, and communications.
Identify patterns and opportunities across storytelling, creative, athletes, and products.
Operational Support
Improve marketing inputs such as briefs, priorities, and calendars.
Help remove friction to ensure campaigns and product moments are executed
effectively.
Who You Are
3–5 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in apparel, sport, or lifestyle categories.
Hands-on individual contributor who thrives on execution.
Passionate about brand storytelling, integrity, and high-quality work.
Strong sports acumen and knowledge of golf, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, and sports culture.
Organized, proactive, and dependable.
Collaborative but confident in providing constructive input.
Skilled at working under tight timelines and delivering results.
What This Role Isn't
It's not a people-management role.
It's not focused on performance marketing only.
It's not about speed over quality—craft matters.
Why You'll Love It Here
Work on a brand deeply connected to sport and performance.
Collaborate with teams who value craft, clarity, and accountability.
Take ownership of meaningful work and see it executed in the real world.
Help shape a brand that believes doing it right matters.
Skills & Tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Comfortable with design/layout tools like Canva.
Strong written communication for copy, briefs, and brand messaging.
Organized and detail-oriented with multiple work streams.
Confident in interpreting basic performance data to inform decisions.
Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 CAD per year
