You will also work closely with the inside/outside sales teams, source parts and equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.If you are someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, has knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry, and wants to join a dynamic and dedicated team, then Master is the place for you Apply now to become a Branch Representative and be a part of our talented team at our Langley, BC branch RefreshYourCareerPrincipal tasks:• Provide an outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment;• Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests;• Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner;• Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers;• Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction;• Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication;• Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures;• Address customer’s concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner;• Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness;• Various other related duties including after hours on-call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor.Requirements:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;• Professional phone manner and customer service skills;• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;• Problem solving abilities;• Good sales abilities and persuasiveness;• Ability to work under pressure unsupervised;• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude;• Post-secondary education (an asset);• Ability to respond to emergency after hours call in an on-call rotation;• Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset);• Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset);• Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided as needed;Work conditions:Group insurance from day 1 (medical, dental, short and long term disability insurance)Contribution to a group RRSP upon hiringWellness spending account of $300 per yearEmployee assistance program (psychological, financial, legal and parental support services)Access to telemedicine with health professionals by chat or secure video session from day 1Reimbursement of membership or renewal of a professional orderEarly vacation program
