Job Description

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or sales representatives.
  • Prepare quotes, coordinate deliveries, and track shipments.
  • Manage inventory and materials, conduct physical counts, and generate reports.
  • Provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, accounting, warehouse, and materials control teams.
  • Support sales planning and annual budget preparation.
  • Supervise, train, and onboard staff; conduct performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive sales through product promotion, upselling, and proactive customer engagement.
  • Participate in trade shows, customer events, and special sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • College diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years in inside sales or customer service, with experience in quoting and cost knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role, preferably in fire protection, plumbing/heating, or industrial piping.
  • Strong business development, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and results‑oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web‑based applications.
  • Able to understand and explain technical product details.
