Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper is as follows but not limited to:
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial data using advanced Excel tools such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Oversee purchasing activities, including issuing purchase orders, communicating with vendors, and tracking spending related to inventory.
Handle full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment runs, collections follow-up, and account reconciliation.
Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements:
QuickBooks Online certification with 2–3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial data analysis.

Strong background in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
