Overview:
Tritec Concrete is a dynamic and growing company in the concrete ready-mix sector based in St. Eustache. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks knowledge to join our finance team immediately; salary would be based on experience. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping certification or relevant administration field
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions using QuickBooks
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payments
- Support external accountants during audits or tax preparation
- Report to the Plant Manager and Executive Management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Software and other office software
- Experience with payroll processing
- Knowledge of local tax regulations
