Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping within Quick Books Online, including AP, AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end tasks.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice entry, payment runs, collections follow-up, and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate and timely bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
Support purchasing activities: issue purchase orders, communicate with vendors, and track inventory-related spend.
Prepare and analyze data using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation for reporting.
Collaborate with on-site teams across departments to support day-to-day financial operations.
Maintain organized documentation, ensuring deadlines and priorities are managed effectively. TMGCT
Job Requirements: Quick Books Online certification and strong working knowledge of QBO.
2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a similar role.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Experience with purchasing and vendor communication, including issuing POs and tracking spend.
Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, reconciliations, and general accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working on-site in a team environment. Apply
