CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Board Certified Behavioural Analyst in Surrey.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $60,000 — $80,000 per year.

What you will do:
- Develop, monitor, and supervise a behaviour plan for each client, targeting areas of acquisition and problem behaviour reduction.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create client-centered support plans.
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and functional analyses as appropriate.
- Lead team meetings and work collaboratively with caregivers and other professionals.
- Measure behaviour and graph data.
- Coach staff to provide excellent care in line with the Behaviour Support Plan.
- Evaluate, model, and coach staff in their interactions with clients while engaging in a variety of programming and implementing behaviour support plans.
- Deliver ongoing training and feedback to RBTW and support staff.
What you will need to be successful:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Credentialed as a BCBA .
- At least two years of experience with youth and adults with Dual Diagnosis and severe problem behavior.
- Experience with using CAL S, AFLS, and/or EFL assessment tools is an asset.
- Experience with conducting functional analyses and functional behavior assessments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning.
- Possess a strong knowledge in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, the fundamental elements of behavior change, and ethical professional practice.
- Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check dated within the last 6 months.
