Job Description
Our client, a private investment and asset management firm focused on commercial real estate and long-term investments in operating businesses, is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to support the Chairman directly. This is not a junior administrative role. It is a high-trust position focused on executive coordination, decision support, and investor-related communications.
Salary: $75,000-$90,000/annually
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Prepare briefs, agendas, summaries, and presentations
- Track decisions, action items, and follow-ups
- Coordinate investor meetings, materials, and communications
- Organize complex information into clear, actionable formats
- Liaise with internal teams and external advisors as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior leadership (Chairman, CEO, Partner level)
- Background in investment, real estate, private equity, family office, or similar environments preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, judgment, and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, executive-level setting

- Some flexibility outside standard business hours may be required
- Additional time worked is compensated with time off or flexible scheduling
Preferred (not required):
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
- Experience supporting investor relations or capital-related work
