What Will You Do?
As a Bilingual Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and operations teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the sales department
- Entering purchase orders and sales orders into SAP with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinating with customers and internal teams in both English and French
- Running and analyzing sales reports and providing data insights to support decision-making
- Managing communication with clients and resolving order-related inquiries
- Supporting the sales team with pricing updates, product availability, and customer documentation
What Do You Bring?
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required
- 1–5 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role
- Previous experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong asset
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel
- Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
