They are currently seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Inside Sales & Order Entry Representative to join their team and support one of their long-tenured, high-value clients. Responsibilities:

路Manage and process B2B client orders from entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

路Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing attentive service and timely updates.

路Proactively identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities for additional marketing, print, or promotional solutions.

路Respond to client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status with professionalism and urgency.

路Coordinate with account management, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.

路Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals, supporting business development efforts.

路Maintain detailed records of communications, orders, and sales activity using CRM and ERP systems.

路Support seasonal campaigns, special projects, and client initiatives as required.


Skills and Qualifications:

路Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).

路2+ years of experience in inside sales, order entry, or customer service, ideally within a marketing, advertising, print, or manufacturing environment.

路Proven ability to build rapport with B2B clients and identify growth opportunities through consultative communication.

路Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all aspects of the sales and fulfillment cycle.

路Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

路Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or ERP systems; Salesforce or equivalent experience is an asset.

路Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
