Our client, in the Healthcare Secor is seeking a Bilingual Order Management/Customer Experience Specialist to join their team.

Job Title: Bilingual Order Management/Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Pay Range: $30-40 an Hour

What’s the Job?

  • Responsible to support the activities of the regional OTC organization for Canada Supply Chain.
  • Execution of the order-to-cash process following industry best practices
  • Ensures robust omni-channel customer service, order fulfillment, and invoicing services performed for authorized trading partners and direct customers.
  • Support outsource provider to respond to escalated customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, or chat applications.
  • Effectively support recall and returns processes per policy including processing of replacements and credits

What’s Needed?

  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Experience in the order-to-cash process within in-market distribution vs. international POs/export.
  • Have a background in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • amazing communication and customer service skills, professionalism, experience with transactional work and escalation calls, experience dealing with stakeholders, problem solving.
  • experience in 3PL management.

  • Hybrid role hybrid – 20% in office 80% is remote.
