We are seeking career-minded remodellers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.<br /><strong>Benefits/Perks:</strong><br /><ul><li>Lucrative Pay</li><li>Steady work year-round</li><li>Performance Pay</li><li>Paid/Ongoing Training</li><li>Growth Opportunities</li></ul><br />As a <strong>Bathroom Remodeler</strong>, you will report to the Project Manager, and work on a team to safely and efficiently install showers, baths, vanities, and more on small to large scale projects.<br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Complete demolition of existing bathroom (ie. tub, shower, vanity, mirror, tile, glass doors).</li><li>Install new shower and tub wall systems, drywall, paint, general light construction, and trim work.</li><li>Move materials to/from the job site and ensure all tools and other equipment are safely set up.</li><li>Ensure tasks are completed to the standards set out by the Project Manager.</li><li>Leave clients home in a clean and safe appearance.</li></ul><br /><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /><ul><li>Remodelling experience in some or all of the following:<ul><li>Demolition</li><li>Hanging drywall, sanding, and mudding</li><li>Painting</li><li>Framing</li><li>Cutting and installing baseboard and trim</li><li>Installing vanities, mirrors, sconces, and bathroom accessories</li><li>Tiling and grout</li><li>Installing tubs, shower surrounds, and glass doors</li></ul></li></ul><br /><ul><li>Ability to safely operate power hand tools (including a table saw, band saw, a power hand saw, router, planer, etc)</li><li>Valid drivers license.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects.</li><li>Willingness to learn and be flexible.</li><li>Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to envision and implement innovative solutions.</li></ul><br /><strong>Ideal Candidates:</strong><br /><ul><li>Are available to work part time, Monday-Friday.</li><li>Are available to occasionally work late or limited weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion.</li><li>Have a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Are innovative and prefer working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.</li></ul>Do you take pride in your work and want to be part of a growing local company that values your skills?
