We're looking for a Barista/Bartender with interpersonal skills who enjoys meticulously executing recipes or proposing classic or original drinks, while taking good care of our guests. They're a bit of a foodie, professional and versatile, this person knows how to offer a service adapted to the needs of those who choose to sit at their bar.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Recommend, prepare and serve beverages and food to guests' taste, while delivering an outstanding customer experience;
- Create a welcoming and engaging atomosphere at the lounge, building connections with guests and anticipating their needs;
- Ensure that bar inventory and supplieds are properly stocked and optimized in compliance with health and safety requirements;
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept bar area and equipment at all times;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
聽
- A diploma in Hospitality, Hotel and/or restaurant management or equivalent experience;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality and/or as a bartender/bartista;
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitasking;
- Good physical condition: must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift/carry loads up to 50 lb;
- Knowledge of restaurant's POS/cash register systems;
- A valid Smart Serve Certification;
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
