As a pivotal member of this team, you will spearhead our social media efforts, content creation, and the design of marketing materials, playing a vital role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive engagement and brand awareness.Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation (40%)•      Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging social media presence across LinkedIn and Twitter.•      Craft compelling copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, emails, website, and other marketing communications.•      Design creatives for social media and marketing campaigns using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite.•      Post content on LinkedIn and Twitter, engage with our audience and analyze performance metrics to report on successes and areas for improvement.•      Engage with all departments to source innovative success stories, product launches, key wins, new deals and openings, and other content as directed. •      Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, implementing them to enhance our brand’s online presence.Creative Content Creation & Design (30%)•      Take charge of the design and regular updates of marketing materials, including graphical assets, brochures, one-pagers, and presentation slides for a variety of purposes, such as meetings, speeches, and exhibitions.•      Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and effectively communicate our value proposition.Email Marketing (20%)•      Drive the email marketing strategy from concept to execution, including content creation, distribution, tracking, and optimization based on performance analytics.Webinar Assistance & Execution (10%)•      Assist in organizing and running webinars, from preparing content and engaging presentation materials to managing the technical setup and follow-up communications.Note: additional duties and responsibilities may be added at the discretion of the director of marketing.Team and Reporting Structure•      This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing. Work Format•      Hybrid (80% in the office, 20% remote)Work Location•      3600 Steeles Ave E, Markham, ON L3R 9Z7Compensation and Benefits•      Competitive Salary (To be negotiated based on experience)•      Unlimited Paid Time Off•      Group Health Insurance Plan•      Performance Incentive•      Discounted Monthly Fitness Membership•      Opportunities for professional development and growthProfessional Experience and Education•      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.•      2-4 years of experience in B2B social media management, content creation, and graphic design.•      Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.•      Strong copywriting and content creation skills for various platforms.•      Experience in managing and growing social media platforms, with a focus on engagement and brand awareness.•      Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools, with hands-on experience in campaign management and analytics.•      Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.•      Creative, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to brand standards.•      Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Important InformationEAIGLE is an equal-opportunity employer dedicated to building a diverse workforce.
