Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Professional located in North York, ON. The B2B Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and targeting prospective clients, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle. This will include prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, lead generation, and account management
- Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales/Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Experience with CRM software tools (preferably ZOHO) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving abilities and result-driven mindset
- Relevant sales experience in a similar B2B environment
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
Compensation
- Competitive base ($4000/month) + uncapped commissions and benefits package including dental and vision care
