Job Description
Summary:EnVision Manufacturing & Supply Ltd. is seeking a full-time B-Pressure Vessel Welder to join our team This is a shop position, Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends required. Our company is committed to a work life balance approach.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Weld pressure equipment (pressure vessels and piping, occasionally some structural) in accordance with the respective ASME codes, WPS, and QC Manual
Read and follow fabrication drawings
Inform Project Manager and/or QC Manager or any issues or concerns with material, quality, print discrepancy, etc.
Previous Pressure Vessel experience would be an asset
Qualifications and Skills:
Working knowledge of fabrication, manufacturing, and construction
Proficient knowledge of industry best practices
Proven ability to produce high quality work while facing competing priorities and strict deadlines
Ability to prioritize activities, adapt to change, and stay focused in a dynamic environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly, directly, honestly, and with respect for others
Education and Training:
Journeyman Welder Certificate
B-Pressure Welder Ticket
Ability to weld any of the following processes: SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW
Salary and Benefits:
Permanent, full-time, minimum 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Typical work week: 10 hours/day, 40 hours regular pay and 10 hours overtime pay
Salary: Range $85k to $110k (dependent upon experience)
