Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Long Haul Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks across long distances. This role involves transporting freight safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, familiarity with freight handling, and experience operating heavy equipment. A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required, along with the ability to perform basic automotive repairs when necessary. Responsibilities
- Safely operate long-haul trucks over designated routes, ensuring timely delivery of freight.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting to address minor mechanical issues during trips.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation laws and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related field preferred of at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of Samsara or other ELD's
- Knowledge of all HOS related rulesets for both US and CAN.
- Ability to Drive long haul trips either Solo or with a Team.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and compliance purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with dispatchers and team members.
- Ability to work independently for extended periods during long-distance routes.
- Physical ability to load/unload freight, lift heavy objects, and perform vehicle inspections as required. This position is essential for maintaining efficient logistics operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable transportation services.

Pay: $5,000.00-$9,000.00 per month
